AliceSin's Wonderland

This is interesting, though the author seems quite angry & jaded

Googie Howser MD

#Bean is going to star in a new show I am writing. It will be called Googie Howser MD. She will play the title character, a genius baby who graduates med school before the age of one. Whenever she’s given the details of a new case she will ponder it while encountering hijinks & overcoming normal babyhood issues. Adorable yet endearingly poignant, at the end of each episode she will take a giant poo what will take the shape of the answer to the medical case. It will never be Lupus.

FetLife: Friend Request Denied

Here’s why:

1. You didn’t read my profile and follow directions
2. You didn’t even fill out your profile
3. You think that a picture of your too thin cock & disproportionately small balls will impress me. Cocks are a dime a dozen, quality people are not.

You’re setting yourself up for people who ultimately just want to exploit you & crush any hope you’ll ever have of someone actually liking you.

Good luck.

Sweet & Sour Rib Recipe

A friend gave us a beautiful fresh pineapple but it was slightly over-ripe when we finally got around to cutting it up last night. I found the recipe below on About.com. Since I was working with fresh pineapple rather than the canned it called for I substituted more crushed tomatoes for the canned pineapple syrup I was missing. (This also reduced the amount of added sugar.)  It smells awesome - I’ll let you know how it turns out in 8 hrs!

Sweet & Sour Ribs

Ingredients:

·         3 to 4 pounds country-style ribs

·         1 (20-oz.) can undrained pineapple chunks

·         2 (8-oz.) cans tomato sauce

·         1/2 cup thinly sliced onion

·         1/2 cup thickly sliced green pepper

·         1/2 cup packed brown sugar

·         1/4 cup cider vinegar

·         1/4 cup tomato paste

·         2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

·         1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation:

Place ribs in slow cooker. In a bowl, combine pineapple, tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, brown sugar, vinegar, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Pour mixture over the country-style ribs; cover and cook low 8 to 10 hours, or until ribs are cooked through and tender.

UPDATE: The ribs were fall off the bone tender and the sauce was awesome!
